Excellent deal and fast shipping I have personally used Western Digital hard drives for years on many DIY builds and have only had to return one after 3 years of use The customer service was great and the RMA went through easily Highly recommended

Just got my second drive This one to replace an older and much smaller disk capacity wise drive

The only negative here is that the shipping packaging was very poorly done The drive seemed to survive the transport but there was lots of room for it to slide around inside the box not a good way to ship a hard drive

My first shipment was packaged just fine so maybe this is just a one off problem
