Delivery was quick and installation was a snap I increased my work computer s memory from 1 GB to 3 GB and saw a great increase in speed and multitasking ability But a week later I started to get random crashes most often when using Firefox and next most often when using an accounting program A week later the crashes errors and random reboots became intolerable A system diagnostic identified the problem as the RAM One of the modules is defective can t tell which one because they have to be installed in pairs
Hopefully I can return them I no longer have the original blister pack they came in
