It is a Very good product I own 2 others in other computers Only draw back it did not come with a Nero 9 software But Nero 8 will do for now

Great DVD drive No problem to install Comes with Hero softwear easy to install and run The firmwear has an automatic update which is good However the last step of installing the update softwear is to send them your e mail address And I keep getting an error message that the server is down try again later It has been about 4 weeks But as far as I know I m getting the updates
