A proper dual TV tuner is a card or USB stick that contains two complete independent tuners each one able to process digital/analog signal A dual TV card/stick can record ANY two shows at the same time be they digital or analog Amazon uses the confusing word dual to describe this tuner You CAN T record 2 digital or 2 analog shows at the same time using this tuner The word dual is not mentioned anywhere on the item packaging

wasnt sure what to expect when i bought this but as it does do a ok job its frustrating watching a show and then all of a sudden no audio i have to turn it off and on again gets frustrating specially when ur watching a good show but i guess it is what it is its either this or spend all that money and get satalite which i dont want to do

The unit seems to work well enough once I was able to install the software and drivers The process is difficult and when after several times trying to load the software and continuing to get an error message I contacted the company s tech support I described the error message completly and told them what operating system I was using and the type of computer The best that they could come up with in response was to tell me to click on ignore and continue with the installation like I hadn t already tried that Windows 7 would not allow me to click on ignore and continue with the installation I finally was able to load the software by downloading it from the website Apparently someone knows about the problem and has corrected it in the downloadable version but hasn t trained their tech support OK product lousy company
