I use it for my new build Not a very powerful card but can run almost anything a throw at it with high setting Tha fan is a little noisy so I take out 1 star

The video card is great It does everything you should expect it to However the first card I purchased was not functioning properly I had to jump through a few small hoops having to have my entire system checked out to absolutely verify beyond a shadow of a doubt that it couldn t possibly be the card that was malfunctioning Imagine to my surprise when the store I was having the system checked at verified the video card had failed So I finally sent the card back which cost 15 more on my own tab Silly me I should have known that if I bought a defective card I would be my fault and of course have to pay more Well the process between verifying it was the video card sending and receiving it back took around 3 weeks Since I use the computer this video card was installed on for school it was more than a little inconvenient So beware it is YOUR FAULT if you buy a defective video card and let the inconvenience begin

I was very pleased and surprised by this card I had bought it to get our 4th computer going to store business files on To my amazement it kicks my older 9800 gtx into the dust It only takes 1 6 pin pcie adapter which is nice While I was setting up the file server I had to test out a few games on it just to make sure the card was working right lol I played WoW several nfs games and crysis in 1680x1050 with no lag or skips at all I think this card is overkill for what I needed but at least I can play a few games when I am doing maintenance on the file server I guess I should also mention I installed it on windows 7 64 bit with no problems Great card would buy again in a second
